St. Charles Soccer Association is hiring a Club Coordinator!
Office and Program coordinator for St. Charles Soccer Association (SCSA)
SCSA is seeking an experienced person to fill the role of Office and Program Coordinator for 20-25 hours/week including some flex time and weekends as needed.
Duties:
- Maintain regular office hours and flex time to accommodate needs of the club
- Monitor and respond to the “admin” email account and field questions
- Responsible for booking permits/fields
- liaising with WYSA, MSA, Recreation programs (SCSA and Community Club convenors) and Force representatives
- Responsible for ensuring all volunteers have appropriate paperwork, submitting and storing in a timely fashion
- Regular and consistent upkeep of website and social media sites (eg Facebook, Instagram, SCSA website)
- Handle processing of coaches & player cards, online registration and payment systems
- Basic bookkeeping and Quick Books data input
- Working with the Technical Director to organize programs including Mini, Academies and assessments
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills including problem solving skills, clear, timely communication, adaptability, etc)
- Be a dynamic team member and able to work in a team capacity
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Website management and upkeep, including social media awareness/skills
- Online payment systems and computer literacy is expected
- Basic Quickbooks knowledge and bookkeeping skills
- Experience with youth sport an asset
- Experience working with a volunteer not-for-profit Board would be considered an asset
- Must have a criminal record check and Child abuse registry check
Pay is commensurate with experience

St Charles Soccer Association (SCSA) is a Canada Soccer Certified Quality Soccer Provider (SQS-QSP) that provides elite soccer programming for youths ages 4-17. SCSA is located in St James Assiniboia and provides soccer throughout the West side of Winnipeg, Manitoba. SC Force rosters soccer teams within SCSA that participate in the U9-U12 Developmental Leagues and the U13-U17 Premier Leagues. SC Force compete in the Manitoba Soccer Association sanctioned WYSA league. SC Force provide certified soccer coaching, supported by our experienced and highly trained Technical Staff. Our local community centres fall under the SCSA umbrella, and compete in the Indoor Wysa league as SCSA. SCSA follows the Canada Soccer Pathway & LTPD model.
