St. Charles Developmental Academy, Ages U10-U13
The Academy welcomes all aspiring soccer players aged 10 to 13 to join an enriching and dynamic training program designed to elevate their skills and understanding of the game. This comprehensive program consists of 16 engaging sessions held twice a week.
At the onset, players will undergo an assessment during the initial sessions to evaluate their levels of experience and technical proficiency. This ensures that each participant is placed in a training environment that is tailored to their specific needs, where they will be both challenged and supported to reach their fullest potential.
Each session is meticulously crafted to refine players’ technical skills, enhance their tactical awareness, and foster an understanding of game strategies. Participants will engage in activities that emphasize decision-making, nurturing their ability to think critically on the field and equipping them to tackle various challenges that arise during matches.
We encourage players to arrive with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude, as these attributes play a vital role in their development. Our program is led by qualified coaches who are dedicated to pushing players to the edges of their comfort zones, thereby expanding their capabilities and resilience in the game.
To assess progress and development, a written evaluation will be provided at the conclusion of the final session, giving players valuable feedback on their growth throughout the academy experience.
